I bought this phone system for my home business. I picked this particular system because the handsets had jacks for a headset. Most other systems I looked at didn't have a jack or had it only on the base unit. The call quality is good, esp. paired with a Plantronics headset. The system is easy to set up and use.

Product does not have 2.5mm headset port
Have an expensive Plantronics headset that has a male 2.5mm pin. Plantronics does not have what I need. What I am looking for is an adapter where one end is a female 2.5mm and the other end is the male phone connection which would take place of AT&T phone handset on the cradle.
We asked the salesperson at Best Buy in Terrell Texas about the 2.55mm jack in the phone and he told us it had one but would not let us take the phone out of the box. I really don't want to return the phone after all of our trouble.

EMD, not sure if this is the answer you're looking for... the handsets do have a 2.5mm female input. I also use these phones with a Plantronics headset.
