We haven't had it long, but we are happy with it. It fit perfectly, for counter top height style. U hear the ice drop once in a while, but it's not a big deal. It took us a little bit to get use to the different style, because we had a side by side before. But all an all we like it so far, and no problems. I wrote this review because reading reviews helped us decide, on what fridge to buy, when we we're searching for one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Don't get this coffee maker, we got it as a bonus,for buying a refrigerator. If I payed for it, I would return it. I have wasted more coffee, then drank. It constantly gets clogged and stops working in the middle of the cycle. Then u have to take it apart, waste that coffee and clean it out. Then run the hot water twice threw it, twice!! It's a hot mess!! Don't try and poor water in the machine in the middle of the cycle, it stops working, and then again it's a hot mess. I spend more time cleaning it out, then getting a cup of coffee out of it!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If I empty the ice maker bin into another container, how long does it take for the ice maker bin to refill?

U can't get to ice through the inside of freezer. U can only get ice from the outside door. It's a little slow at dropping ice out. We don't use a lot of ice, so it's fine for us. But if your family requires a lot of ice, and that will make or break the deal, I would go with a different fridge.
