What's great about it: Protects the phone...no matter what

What's not so great: bulky...but I can live with that

Great product. I have dropped my phone so many times from various positions, & not a scratch or damage. I would not go anywhere with the protection of this cover....& did I say it comes with face cover as well.

If you are on an unlimited data, plan then I believe there is no limit on texting.

Sprint is coming out with this new program, where you can upgrade to a new phone, if you have had the old phone for over 12 months. Please call Sprint for more details

Battery Life

Is there a difference in the batteries sold here at Best Buy versus those sold at Sprint? The battery life on Sprint's website is 15 hours of talk time, but Best Buy only lists 8. Thanks.

Battery life is set & tested by the manufacturer....so does not matter what Best Buy or Sprint say. Just check the Manufacturer's site with the product info, & go with that.
