What's not so great: might work better if I got an better wireless router
I didnt get the strong single I was hoping for. Like I said It may work better if I got a better wireless router
This product has... Unreliable connection, Fast connection, slow connection, Reliable connection

Will this work with my iPhone 5 acting as a hotspot/router?

We use an iPhone 5 (Verizon) as a hotspot for our wireless internet access since we live in a rural area. We get 3 bars of LTE with the phone sitting in our dining room (drops to 3G in other parts of the house) and our MacBooks find it if we are close but if we go to the back of the house they usually don't connect. We live in a small 1200 sq. ft. home but it is brick, has a tin roof and plaster walls. We just want to be able to connect to the iPhone with the Mac's and tablet anywhere in the house.
I have an Iphone 5 and am also with Verizon. I have used the hotspot on my phone with the Belkin - Dual-Band Wireless Range Extender and honestly it worked very well. Was very surprised! Buy the extender and try it with your Iphone hotspot. If it doesn't work you can always return it!
