What's great about it: Simple setup, great price point, lightweight, good sound!
What's not so great: The magnetic part to hold buds could be a bit stronger.
Fell in love from moment I charged it and put it on. It even paired with both my work smartphone which is android and my personal phone that is iPhone at the same time, which is awesome cause I always have both phones and spend more than half my day driving. Great sound, great battery life, lightweight, only other thing that could be better is the magnetic part to hold buds could be just a tad bit stronger and the sliders for the cord to stay in place after you adjust it when you put it on. With that said that's not a deal breaker for me. I love love my LG Tone+. Wished I bought it sooner. They have a company that makes covers too since best buy only carries that black one. I would have preferred the white one since my work uniform is a white collared shirt. Overall great for work, gym, everyday use period. Great for driving long distances and using your map services cause you can hear when you need to turn, change lanes and such. Doesn't disappoint.

Can the HBS-730 serve as an enhanced hearing device?
My hearing is extremely poor and I was told this could serve as a hearing aid. I have
a special sound app on my cell phone that does this fine but the wires are consistently
in my way. This, I was told would do the same thing without the wire problem. Thanks
for any input.

As long as your phone is Bluetooth capable I could see this being very helpful. My favorite thing is the clarity no one knows if I'm on my phone or the headset. Hopefully the volume would be high enough for you, would be the concern.
