I purchased the Amazon fire to satisfy my Netflix habit, it is an elegantly designed tiny little black box which hooks up to your HDTV. Remote has voice search a nice feature.

Why aren't my satellite channels being picked up by LG 32 LCD tv?
We already have directv, disconnected regular tv and plugged in lcd tv. It won't find any of the channels and says no signal.
go into TV menu and select the proper input, it will usually say HDMI 1 or 2 or 3 etc

What's best 22"-26" tv to buy?

difference between 120hz vs.240hz
120 VAC refers power at your wall plug in US homes, most devices in the US use 120 with the exception of a your home air conditioner, electric stove, electric drier, electric water heater or your electric car charger plug which would all be 240. In Europe they use 240 in their homes and not 120. You can buy a 240 to 120 converter and vice versa

For models of TV's that come with a stand. Can those stands be removed so the TV can be mounted on a wall bracket?

please explain contrast ratio - higher better?
Same with resolution - higher better?
Same with resolution - higher better?
first set your brightness where its not over powering, then bring up contrast and monitor the picture, too much contrast will start to wash out the picture same with resolution, too little grainy picture

Why does the factory defaults for color give me a very green color?
Insigna a very cheap TV, its most likely broke, get rid of it and buy something better Sharp Samsung

why does it take soo long to get parts for a newer t.v that has broken less than 1 yr old???
new TV's are software driven, in the middle of a manufacturing run they may, midstream, change the software so finding a module that would fix your TV could be very difficult, request a new one. In the future when you purchase a TV buy the longest warranty you can which includes replacement when broke
