Friendly interface: A strip of icons on the left-hand side separates the sections of the main console window. If you want descriptions of each section, just click on the hamburger menu in the upper-left corner. Clicking on "View Features" takes you to a compact interface where different subsections are divided into cards, and everything is intuitively labeled. Most of these cards have a slider that you can toggle to turn off the feature of that subsection, or you can click on its gear icon to customize feature behavior.
The bell icon on the left takes you to a log that details every setting you've changed and every security action you've undertaken, and when. This makes it easier to retrace your steps if you accidentally disable something or simply don't remember a change you made a while back. This log can also be filtered according to three different levels of importance, in case you want to go directly to info about a security incident.

While the buying experience may feel like a safari, the product itself performs well, it's easy to navigate, and it's getting more reasonably priced versus the competition.

I love technology. I work around technology and it is all wrapped up in our lives, so I always love to try out new things. On the security end, technology is no exception in my house. I am only moderately tech-savvy, so I have much in common with the rest of the world I guess.
FIRST: With any WIFI (Wireless Fidelity) product, you must strong WIFI capabilities in your place in order to use a WIFI product. Arlo Security Camera System is no different. First, BEFORE YOU BUY, do a “bandwidth speed test.” A bandwidth test is a free test to determine the WIFI signal strength. In order to do so, you need a laptop or smartphone to do this. You have to make sure you have WIFI in the home as well.
• Conduct the test on your computer or smartphone in your home. If you are using your smartphone, make sure your DATA is turned off on your smartphone so you can get a reading solely from the WIFI signals in the home. Once you have gotten strong WIFI signals in the home, do the next step.
• Conduct the test again on your laptop or smartphone in the areas you want to place the cameras. Again, make sure your DATA is turned off on your smartphone.
• If you have a strong WIFI signal based on the bandwidth speed test you conducted at the sites where you want to place your cameras, you are a good candidate for this product. If you do NOT have a strong WIFI signal where you want to place your cameras, there are a few options you can try:
o Purchase a WIFI-extender. They extend WIFI signals. However, each product may yield excellent – or – poor results, so make sure you are happy with the product you choose.
o Call your internet provider. They may have upgrades available at no charge. They may also give you tips on products that have been reported to be most successful for their clients.

• The watertight plugs on the rear do not stay in place at all. They all work their selves out within a few seconds which means I can’t put them out in the weather because water can get into the connection!

At this point, I cannot recommend this product until Netgear resolves these issues. I am giving Arlo Pro 2 stars because the foundation is there for a great product and I will keep my fingers crossed for quick firmware update.

I love Elements and Premiere Elements. Excellent, easy tools to refine, crop, enhance and manipulate photographs for use. They installed easily with Windows 10, but MAKE SURE YOU ARE THE ADMINISTRATOR BEFORE LOADING - otherwise it won't open. There are some nice additions to the Photoshop Elements Editor in the 2018 version, particularly a feature that removes haze. The auto fix also seems to render pictures a bit better than my old 2012 version. Create fun dynamic slideshows with curated photos and short clips. With one click, they automatically pick your best photos and bring them together with short video clips to create a stylish, animated slideshow that you can easily customize with different photos and clips as well as great-looking themes.

Dirt Devil is an impressive stick vac. We have a Dyson and a Sharp for stick vacs. We have a problem with charging both items due to dust build-up. On all of these stick vacs, that seems to be the problem. Check carefully for dust that interrupts the contacts for the battery.
POWER: Dirt Devil leads. Holds its power at high level for the longest time. Dyson holds its power at a high level too, but a few minutes shorter. The Shark doesn't hold its suction as well as the other two.
OUTCOME: Loving my Dirt Devil! It's a keeper!

A family of Norelco users for over 50 years, this product does not disappoint. Some of the clippers out there jam with thick human hair or with ethnic hair that may be dry. This product works well for on a variety of hair types. My daughter has very thick hair and it did a great job with neckline, sides and even a shave above her neckline in the back. My husband has thin hair, so he used a good number of adapters that come with the unit for his styling needs. My daughter loves the attachments and my husband knows how to use them all, so we were very happy with the outcome.

I have some mixed feelings about this unit. HP has been my mainstay in business machines for most of the last 30 years. However, there are moments of mishaps, and this may be one of them.
The PROs:
• The touchscreen is a cool feature.
• A strong hinge to keep it from flying open, so be sure you are comfortable opening and closing this item. My husband complained of difficulty.
• Portable
• Light in weight
• 13” is very pleasant on the eye – especially when dealing with graphics and texts all day.
The CONs:
• Battery gets hot.
• I did experience battery failure when the meter said 60%. I was able to get back on, but I worry about the being able to retrieve my information, so I also back everything in the cloud just in case.
• The speakers did experience an intermittent clicking sound.
• No HDMI port and only 1 USB port which feel is a serious design flaw. I have to attach a multi-hub to hook up other items. I can’t use my mouse and my presentation projector at the same time.
SUMMARY:
Prior to this experience, I have had nothing but a 5 Star experience with HP products. However, after evaluating this laptop, I would like to know what changed at HP to let this happen? I am going to hold a positive attitude that these issues were a fluke and won’t occur again. My fingers are crossed? I’m not saying I don’t recommend it because I also base my recommendations on how HP handles issues if I bring it to my attention. If I get a 100% bum item and I am given 101% satisfaction, I would recommend a company for that reason, including their products.

My husband, who has little experience setting up and running a new computer, put it to the test to evaluate this item from a “newbie’s perspective.”
His comments are as follows:
1. Fast, friendly voice-assisted set up.
2. Fast computer speed.
3. Easy to use.
4. Nice size screen.
5. Keyboard is backlit, which is great if you need that extra touch at times when there may be inadequate lighting.
6. He had no negative comments to post.

The display is 15.6 inch HD, which gives excellent visualization of programs, apps and files. The Intel Core i5 processor is powerful to handle multiple screens with speed. The long-lasting 42Wh battery keeps this Dell laptop on for long periods, which is most appreciative. The slim casing is appealing. Generous hard drive for storage. You’ll need a large hard drive for the Windows 10 program, so it works seamlessly in this case.
Overall, I’m impressed. I’ve been using PCs since 1988 and this is the first time I am using a Dell product. I am a rigorous business user and part of a heavy-technology family. It takes a lot to impress me - but I am.
I would recommend this to a friend!

No. You must have a hardwired doorbell and chime in working order. Doing consider the purchase then.

Yes, there is a built-in microphone. I find plugging in my earbuds with the microphone gives outstanding vocal clarity without all the background noise a general microphone may give.

How much do the technician come to install the equipments
I was quoted as $69.99 installation price. However, I had a great deal of trouble scheduling my installation. TWICE they cancelled on me. I am now using my private electrician. I am very disappointed with their Geek Squad service related to this item.

I currently have a samsung and it only lasted 3 years.
This is the third HP screen in my house. EXCELLENT CHOICE, very reliable. If we didn't lose our screens in the flood, we wouldn't have replaced ours. Love our monitors. Have had HP monitors for many, many years. No complaints from us!
