It works as advertised. Still having some connectivity issues but those are related to my carrier I believe.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Will this work with Cox? And do I need anything else besides the modem if I'm ordering internet and TV from them?

It worked with my Cox internet. I already had wifi, but I would assume the modem is all you need.

I had to call Cox and provide the numbers for the unit, but it only took 5-10 minutes to get reconnected with their help over the phone.
