The fact that this wall mount includes a template for drilling holes for mounting is a huge plus! Made installation easy and error free. The only drawback I can think of is that although it comes with multiple size screws for attaching to your TV, it only comes with 1 size of bushings. Because my tv has an irregular back, the bushings fit fine at the top, but were too thick for the bottom. Luckily my tv came with smaller bushings that worked for the bottom. This might have been a problem though had I been mounting a tv I already owned and previously used with a stand.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Is mount compatible to 70 inch Sharp Aquos -LC-70LE735U
Most tvs have holes with universal spacing for attaching wall mounts. It's a good bet that this will work with most major brands.

What tools are required to install this tv mount?
I'm curious what tools/materials are not included that are required to install this mount? Thanks you!
You will need a stud finder, drill, level, ratchet, and Phillips head screwdriver. Also tape (for temporarily attaching the template to the wall) and a pencil for marking where to drill the holes.

i have a 46 inch sharpe tv will the mount fit the holes in the back of Tv
This mount comes with multiple size machine screws to fit most tvs. If you are asking about the spacing between the holes on the back of the tv they are typically universal so this mount should work.

Is it possible to just buy the brackets themselves w/out buying the entire wall mount?
I don't think you'd be able to purchase just the brackets from Best Buy, but you might be able to directly from the manufacturer. I'd recommend contacting Rocketfish customer service. You should be able to find contact info on the Rocketfish website.

Can this be mounted across a corner?
No. It is made to mount flush against the wall.

The template makes this very easy to mount without professional installation. You will definitely need a stud finder and drill as well as a level. You will also most likely need a second person to help lift your tv to attach to the wall.
