Blender works fine for smoothies, when I purchased it I was also looking for a multi use blender something that will work for me on a daily basics for cooking anything but it seems like it doesn't blend things all the way it leaves small pieces of food.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I currently have a mixer (can use it by hand or attach it to a bowl) that I use for mixing cookie dough, cake mixes, etc. Will this Ninja Mega Kitchen System replace that mixer? How well does it work on making bread dough ?
I've tried blending a cake mix but even after a couple of minutes it still had some pieces of flour not well incorporated.
