Works well, has the much longer range (90 ft, unobstructed) Bluetooth type, which I didn't see advertised even on the box like it was in the past.
Battery life is quite good. Sound quality is decent.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Am I able to mute the audio on a call?

Yes, you can mute/unmute the microphone audio by tapping both the volume up and down buttons at the time.

Is this compatible with the Galaxy S7?

Yes, and there is a Jabra Android app that can give a notification about battery life, although it's not very well designed. All the regular functions will work fine with a Galaxy S7, in any case.
