My wife had been wanting a tablet so off to BestBuy we go to check them out. She liked the Samsung Galaxy Tab S but not the $399 price tag so we waited. I later went back and compared the Tab S with this Tab Pro which has nearly identical specs but was half the price of the Tab S. Luckily at Best Buy they had them set up side by side for comparison. I chose the Tab Pro for her and she has been thrilled with the tablet. Especially since I preloaded ALL of her photos and put them in easily identified folders. The Tab Pro with the 8.4" screen is just small enough to fit in her purse yet large enough to easily view/display pictures.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have a large screen (7") Garmin that I was having trouble mounting securely in my truck. This windshield suction cup mount allowed me to mount it low on the windshield and just barely hang over the edge of the the dash. Now perfectly positioned for use yet out of the way of everything on the dash board. The mount is very strong yet flexible enough to adjust to my needs.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Neat adapter that allows me to play the playlist on my smart phone through my car stereo. My 2004 vehicle is not equipped with bluetooth or a USB port but this simple adapter fixes that and allows me to directly hook my phone to my car stereo system.

How long does the battery last before it has to be replaced ?

Lets say you use it for around 4 hours everyday watching videos and browsing the net.
The rechargeable battery will last days on standby. The longest we have used the device so far has been about 4 hours and it still had over half of its charge left. The battery itself has a 1 year warranty.

What is the warranty situation on this tablet ?

I heard that this tablet sold by Best Buy, is not covered by the standard samsung warranty. Is that true ? If not, can someone please explain the warranty included with this Samsung galaxy tab pro 8.4. What is the duration ? What is covered ? etc.

Our Tab Pro came with the standard 1 year warranty on the unit and battery.
