Can this model use the attachments such as meat grinder?

I believe so also pasta and ice cream, they have a model a little cheaper that only blends but not used for new attachments

Does bowl have a handle?

No handle with bowl good quality comes with dough hook and two beater attachments do not put attachments in dishwasher
