Needed a portable laptop primarily for school purposes. This one is thin, fairly light and looks nice with the slick aluminum case.
It runs well and quiet. Wish it didnt have Windows 8, but I'll be able to rectify that soon with Windows 9/10 update.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Yes. This is considered an entry level ultrabook. It's thin and fairly lightweight for the price.
