What's great about it: The size of the device, ease of use and app availability makes this device perfect for kids!!
What's not so great: I have not had any issues with it. It totally fits our needs. Works perfectly!
This price of the device, functionality, ease of use have proved to be exactly what my daughter had always wanted in laptop capability at this point in her life at 9 years old. She can do school work, play, and email her friends and family without the bulkiness of most laptops. The Chromebook's tech support on Christmas day was awesome and we quickly found a solution to our minor issue. She has been raised on cloud computing which is primarily what's being used in school, so her learning curve in use of this device was nil. Great battery life and never gets hot no matter how long she's on it. I'm super happy with our choice in this device over all others!!

hi please help me to enjoy my samsung chromebook.my problem is i has a yahoo account i get encrypted emails an i has chromestore apps to open an upload bur none of these works what to do please help thanks.
It's easy to get as 1,2,3 to sign up for a google account. This would solve your problems very quickly and it is recommended by all the Chromebook instructional teaching tools I've read so far.

is it capable of broadband connection

Yes, we use a broadband connection through our wifi with Comcast.

Can my child play Minecraft on this

I have a 9 year old that loves the minecraft game is this laptops able to let him play this game
Not at this time, we tried but it didn't work like the app we're used to using on our phones and ipads. Hopefully Google will help fix this soon :-)
