I purchased this one after using the HR for over 6 months. wanted something to use that didn't have to stay on my wrist.
This one fits the bill. it is easy to use, performs with almost the same functions as the HR and I can wear it on my clothes, under my clothes, attached to my sock or shoe as well as to sleep with the included wrist holder for it.
simple, easy, frustration free. what more can you ask for from Fitbit!!

I think this is a great little stand/charger for my watch when it needs charging and when I am not wearing it. I always know where the watch is, it takes up very little space, and I love the fact that the charging cord is hidden within the stand/charger. I would recommend this to anyone who has this watch as it is dependable and handy to have.

this fitbit comes with a soft wrist band to use at night with it if you choose to track your sleep.

Is the fitbit waterproof so that it can track swimming?

no you can not. it is not for use in the shower or for swimming.
