I like the unit. Very comfortable to wear and it works well with my iPhone and Garmin Connect. One problem is that the exercise information is inaccurate. When I play guitar it says I get to my walking goal. I love all the features but would like more accuracy with the tracking.
I would recommend this to a friend!

How does it recharge?

The description says it has rechargable batteries but the "What's included" only shows the band and a manual but no cable. So how do you recharge it?
It come with a cable you can connect to your computer for updates, data transfer and charging. It also has a wall device you can use if you just want to charge.

Small or Large ?

What are the specs for each size so you know which size to buy
I went to the website and found the mm of the unit and then compared it to my wrist. I did not want it tight so I got the large one. I am 6'5 and I have plenty of room to make it bigger or smaller.
