The battery gets Super Hot within 5 minutes of use,the WiFi comes on then off CONSTASNTLY!!! I sent them emails & as usual NO ONE DO ANYTHING!!! My lenovo tablet beats this one 100% You have to tap HARD in order for anything to get done!!!! I TRULY HATE THIS TABLET!!!! And for a "SUPPOSED" 6.0 Marshmallow this tablet is SLOW My Samsung S3 is WAY FASTER!!!
Cons: slow, wifi horrible, battery overheats in 10 minutes, camera sucks

What's great about it: It works
I've had constant problems with my Insignia tablet having to exchange several times. the first time they were not helpful the third time they were. Its worth it if you have a good customer rep.

What's great about it: The price
What's not so great: Constant error boxes!!!!
Both their tablets are a pain in the A!!!!!! Theirs constant error boxes that pop up,it tells you to check your connection. Awfully funny that my husbands on his lap top & has NO PROBLEMS while on line. Its TOO thin & flimsy. At least the 9.7 is thick, substantial. It's narrow whereas the 9.7 is wide & looks better when watching movies. When you plug in to re-charge its too small & it feels like it will break if youre not careful. I am so tired of constantly having to take this bck to exchange at Best buy.

Cases and Screen Protectors

What cases and screen protectors are compatible with the Flex 10.1?
There are NO cases. Believe me I've been looking. I did find a fairly decent case at walmart called: Go Go NetBook Sleeve it's a 10" sleeve with a double zipper on top. I still would be VERY CAREFUL with this tablet. Its not made sturdy. Like their first one the 9.7 inch.

What is the battery life? Also what is the battery capacity?

i.e., 9 to 11 hours with an 8-cell 9000 mah battery? 7 to 9 hours with a 6-cell 8000 mah Lion battery? Or 3 to 5 hours with a 3-cell L-ion battery? Or something else? Thank you.
The battery life is not long. I know because I have this tablet. BE AWARE the tablet within 5 to 10 minutes gets very hot!!!! So when you're on try to have it up not lying on something but upright so it gets air.
