Doesn't it supposed to be quad core? and not dual core?

International versions are quad-core, US versions are dual core.....

Upgrade

I have a contract with AT&T right now. Can I upgrade through best buy if AT&T says I'm not eligible for a upgrade until June of next year?

You can upgrade anywhere, but you will be paying full price for whatever phone you are getting. You have to wait till your contract is up to get a great price on a new phone.

How does the simoultanious picture and video feature work?

You can be recording a video and while recording, click on the camera button while filming and it will take pictures. Works pretty good as far as I have been using it.

Can you have this phone without it having access to the Internet?

As far as buying it, no, your carrier requires you to have a data plan that this phone utilizes to update firmware, programs, and other utilities to keep it running smoothly.

Is internal memory different than the MicroSD card?

Is the factory internal memory (16GB model or 32GB model) different than the MicroSD card storage that could be changed out? I understand that the phones can take up to a 64GB MicroSD card. Is internal memory different than the MicroSD card? Samsung - Galaxy S3.

As far as being internal, no, it does the same thing a MicroSD card does, which is store whatever you download or install. Only difference is you can't remove internal memory like you can with MicroSD card.
