What's great about it: Plug and Play!
What's not so great: Haven't found anything yet!
Bought for my aging PC, MB is an Asus P5E3. Replaced a 8 year old seagate that was starting to fail (boot issues). Unplugged old, plugged in new, Windows disk in drive, turn on and GO!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Would this work in my Dell Inspiron 570 along with the hard drive that came with my Dell

According to
http://www.findlaptopdriver.com/specs-dell-inspiron-570
it looks like your MB supports 4 SATA drives up to 3gb/sec. Same as my ASUS which is why I bought this drive. No problems, Been using it for about 2 weeks now. In my humble opinion, I would think it would work, although I'm no Dell professional. I would just check to make sure your power supply has enough power cables to support an extra drive rather than a replacement.
