Got this phone for a friend in a halfway house where a camera and internet are not allowed. Perfect for this application. I can also see it being a great first cell phone for kids.

can I use a wi-fi?
No, it has no option for Wi-Fi. There is no internet, so Wi-Fi is pointless.
