What's great about it: clear pic plus turnsTV screen into a TV monitor
What's not so great: no drawbacks
For operating a smart tv, an HDMI cable is almost a necessity as the picture is great and it will easily turn the TV into a computer monitor.
This is a serviceable product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Terrific picture and features for the price.
What's not so great: When changing channels easily looses sound sync.
This TV is everything I could want except for the fussiness around sound syncing. That is usually fixed by turning the sound off and on or the set off and on. Contacting Vizio service is easy and friendly and they walked me through a fix on this problem, but it continued even after following their instructions. Still, overall satisfied. A big upgrade from my last flat screen.
This product has... Useful Internet-enabled features, Easy to set up, Great value and features for the price, Right number of connections, Easy to use remote control

Use as a computer monitor?

I'd like to get this item but only if I can use it as a computer monitor. I'd like to be able to connect it to my laptop as a second monitor when not using as a TV. Is this functionality native to this device?
