What's great about it: EASY TO USE FOR THOSE WHO ARE NOT TECHS
What's not so great: HAVEN"T DISCOVERED IT YET
I ESPECIALLY LIKE THE FACT THAT IT IS ABLE TO OPERATE ON A WIRELESS ROUTER SO I CAN PRINT FROM MY IPHONE FROM ANYWHERE IN THE HOUSE. I belong to several organization and need to print out lists, send faxes, and scan documents. I appreciate the speed with which my 8600 functions easily and efficiently. I was impressed with the back to back capability of this printer. This feature allows me to save on paper usage. As a senior I appreciate the easy install and easy to follow directions on the operations panel.

Do you offer a printer return credit?

If I return my old printer when buying a new printer do you offer a credit against the cost of the new printer.
I GOT A CREDIT ON THE REPAIR AGREEMENT TOWARDS MY 8600 PRINTER. LOST OUT ON CARTRIDGES--NOT INTERCHANGEABLE!!
TOOK IN MY HP 6500 FOR REPAIR AND WAS TOLD IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE AT BEST BUY UNDER THE SERVICE AGREEMENT. HOWEVER THERE WAS A SALE ON THE HP 8600. IN SHORT I GOT MY NEW PRINTER FOR UNDER $30.00!! WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE?
