We love this tv! The smart apps work great. The wifi was really easy to set up using the manual option. We watched most of the Walking Dead series via the Netflix app. Was very cool how it would automatically advance to the next episode. Used the digital audio connection to get the sound from the tv (netflix) to my receiver. Wonderfully easy to use!

Very slippery cover - slips off my lap too easily

I am sorry I bought this cover for my new Samsung Note 8 tablet as it proved useless to me. I spend alot of time hooked up to a dialysis machine and this cover drove me crazy until I replaced it with a different kind. The surface of this cover is very slippery and it would let the tablet slide off of me all the time. If I leaned back in my chair and put this tablet on my lap or chest it would always slide down and if i didn't stop it it would fall to the floor. Not a very good design if you ask me. I ended up getting a new leather cover that is not as slippery and i LOVE IT. would not recommend this cover to anybody! Too bad it was my only option at Best Buy.

What's great about it: very light weight and lets me do anything i want with it. loading all kinds of apps without restrictions.
What's not so great: battery is not so great. runs down quicker than i would like
I love this tablet! finally got away from apples stronghold over me with my old iPad. haven't looked back once! I love how light this tablet is! The screen is fantastic! very easy to use. i love the flexibility that this device gives me with the Android OS. Why did I stick with my iPad for so long? I could have been using this wonderful tablet or one like it years ago! I do not regret this purchase one bit and am trying to convince those around me to also make the switch to Android. The only downside i've encountered in the battery life is not that great. But it's probably because i'm using it so much!

Home theater
Should have rephrased my question. This Shap I purchased is a smart tv LC-70EQ10U. When I watch netflix on the tv, will the sound be going through my home theater sound system? Is so is there any connection I need to do besides just my HDMI cable from my home theater sound system?
That is how i have mine set up and it works great. I connected the tv back to the theater system via a digital audio cable for when i watch smart apps like Netflix on the tv.

where do you plug the cable from the home theatre to the tv?
I have a sharp 70"aquos and a samsung home theatre system. Speakers are wall mounted and supposedly connected. however no sound from the speakers only from the TV. One speakers works when playing a CD from the DVD player.
That is how i have mine set up and it works great. I have my cable going into my receiver then to my tv with an hdmi cable. I connected the tv back to the theater system via a digital audio cable for hen i watch smart apps like Netflix on the tv.

Will this Sharp be able to run the sound through my home theater system. Presently my cable goes into my theater components then hdmi to my tv set
That is how i have mine set up and it works great. I connected the tv back to the theater system via a digital audio cable fit when i watch smart apps like Netflix on the tv.
