My tech did a great job once on site improving my TV picture, and explained everything thru the process. Scheduling the appointment was a horrible experience. I called, set date and arrival timeframe. Initially the Gerk Squad could not find my order. Once found, set the date and service window. Date and time came and went. No tech, no info. Call store, talk to manager, tells me something must be wrong. Geek squad manager will call right back. 2 days later I get call. The explanation was that the tech scheduled did not have skill set to do the work??? Duh, should that be checked before scheduling? Even so, no call, text, or email that my appt was not going to happen. Sorta of like handing off Pizza Delivery to someone that doesn't drive. Frustrating, but the onsite tech did a great job. Problems more w BB managers and follow up. Maybe they don't have the "skill set" for good customer service.

Bought unit for daughter at college. We did not have good luck w unit. Problems w only partial cup fills. This was followed w water continuing to run beyond filling the cup. Obviously defective unit. Returned it. Hoping replacement will be better

Put this device into my fan remote and it was re-energized. Take care not to confuse it with a vitamin pill. If you take it, you will not be energized.

How do you install this book cover? The tablets has 2 button looking holes in back.
There are 2 black rings on the cover that match up with the spring loaded holes on the tablet. You just line them up and snap them into the tablet. May have to push a bit, but snaps in snugly. Also stays attached.
