What's great about it: Clothes coming out clean and spin getting them very dry
What's not so great: End of cycle signal not loud enough
Cycle time is a bit long (std cycle ~1 hour) but the extra spin time has cut my drying time in half compared to my old machine. Very quiet as well.

Washer shakes when it spins?

My washer is level and on cement flooring but shakes when it spins mostly during mid-cycle. Loads have not been unbalanced and it doesn't shake near the end of spin cycle when water had drained out. Has anyone else noticed this with this washer and is it normal for there to be some shaking? Thanks!
Mine does not shake at all. Take care loading, I was told load as even as possible around outside - I try to use keeping that center point visible as a guide.

Tub Clean

What do you suggest using to clean the drum once a month on this washer?
Use HE detergent only and tub cleaning shouldn't be needed.

I want the front panel washer and matching dryer in black but cannot seem to find any other colors. Does LG make this model in black and is it possible to order in black?
