Hard to get the tip to stay plugged in. Discovered that it had pushed a small spring off the hinges. Needs to be aligned carefully.

What's great about it: Beautiful screen resolution, user friendly, smarter that me!!
What's not so great: haven't found anything not so great yet...scares me that it's such a smart phone though!
I have some serious love going on for this phone -- I went from a gs3 to the s5 only because I dropped my s3 and broke it. I had only planned to get an s4 thinking it would be cheaper. I was thrilled to know that the s5 was available in a bundle that made it possible to get a tablet too - and I jumped at the chance. I'm so glad I did!! It's a great phone -- it's larger than the s3 - the screen resolution is much better and the camera is great!! I am still in the learning curve of all the great features but every one I have found so far has been wonderful! There's a "health" app on it that is a step tracker that can come on the moment you get out of bed and start tracking those 10,000 steps per day as long as you keep it in your pocket when you walk. Doesn't work if it sits on your desk or in your purse all day...bummer. The battery life is much improved and the sound quality as well. All around TERRIFIC phone!! Wish they had left the ocean ring tone in there though -- that's my only criticism...I love the samsung galaxy line -- they are on top of it!!

What's great about it: internet connections are fast, stays connected and easy to setup and use.
What's not so great: annoying blinking blue light.
We had a Verizon Hot spot that burned completely up trying to find service in our area. It was not a good product at all -- Verizon let us out of our contract to go to a different carrier that had stronger service in our area and the hot spot with ATT seemed to be the most economic and reliable way to go. This new product was part of a bundle that came with my phone upgrade and tablet and I was a little nervous about getting one - but my fears have gone -- it's great! Works much faster, more reliable and was so easy to set up on all our devices. Very good product!

I love this tablet -- I was going to get a Galaxy Note 8 but couldn't afford them and then found out they were discontinued so I opted for this one over the new one - mainly because of the pricing and bundle offer - but I have an s5 phone and it's wonderful - I will probably upgrade this tablet when the prices drop on them but for now this one is wonderful and I'm enjoying it as my first tablet! I DO wish that Samsung would work with the accessory makers to be more competitive with all the great Apple accessories. -- Accessories are hard to find and not all that exciting.

What's great about it: Great suction power and not too heavy
What's not so great: the cord gets under the vacuum easily
I have really enjoyed this product very much so far. I live in a home that needs new carpet and so far it's done well with cleaning it, especially the pet fur and day to day traffic.

how long is the battery life?
I charge my battery about once per week -- but I don't use it as much as my phone. I do use it every day though so I find it to be highly efficient.
