Love the size and face time functionality the most. This is my first iPad / Apple ios device. I'm a galaxy Android girl but I can appreciate the simplicity of the iPad and the battery life is really nice because of it. I think Apple still has much more to learn from galaxy technology. So for now I'll have both devices to keep myself happy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Slim, light, good fit, functional and protective. I like that when you close the case it automatically puts the devise to sleep.I got it on clearance.

Does the modal ipad air case has wake/sleep option?

My husband purchased a modal ipad mini w retina display case and it has the wake and sleep feature. I eagerly went and purchased the modal case for the ipad air and I can't get it to work. Is it not a feature of the ipad air case?
This case does have the sleep feature. I love that feature too. Yet I did experience one that doesn't work, my husband also got one of these cases and the sleep feature didn't work for him. I even tried on my iPad mini with retina and it also didn't work so I think they can be faulty. I would recommend exchanging it at the store you purchased it from. Just be sure they know its faulty so it doesn't go back on the sales floor..
