when you use it with an 8 inch tablet the elastic pulls really hard, and it happened to align with the power button on the tablet we tried it on....

get a wifi repeater, or a better wifi router (wireless ac is very good, fast and strong)

Can you set the alarm to be muted from the UPS or do you have to wait until it goes off and/or does it need to be attached to a computer to do this? I have to set all mine to mute because of my dogs and the larger ones can be done from the UPS itself.

it varies directly depending on the draw of power you have hooked to the battery....

typically with just a pc and a small flat panel screen 20-35 minutes....

about long enough to save and shut down safely
