What's great about it: Clothes are clean and not twisted or wrinkled
What's not so great: Haven't found anything yet.
Great washer for people who like the conventional type of washer. Gets clothes clean and does not twist them into wrinkles

This is great due to ease of use and the fact that you can take it anywhere you might travel to.....work, vacation, family visits. The ability to see your pictures, presentations, videos on a large screen to share with others. Use professionally or for personal reasons makes it a great duel purpose item.
