Amazing movie for any Evangelion fan. It'll go kinda fast paced and some scenes that you'll expect won't be there. But the animation in HD is awesome. Like a dream come true. The booklet will have some extra information and the extras will definitively make you appreciate all the work animators have to go through to make any great quality movie like this one.

This is an awesome TV and it comes in a not so usual 60" size.
This tv has great image. Coming from the Sony XBR55X900c which is an amazing tv in all senses but image (The Light Bleed i what made me return it), this tv beats it. It has better black than the Sony, even though the "Local Dimming" is just too obvious. Turn on the TV and set it in one of the HDMI connections without turning on the blu ray and you'll see the whole screen black but the left where it says "HDMI1" which is illuminated and the mouse is. The difference is very very ovbious. The only reason why I have local dimming on is because I have only the basic tv service, not HD, so the side black bars will be black thanks to local dimming.
WebOs 3.0 is very well intergated in the hardware. None of the GUI will stutter at all like Android TV with Sony. All the animations are fluid, and the mouse cursor is very useful when you have to type something in YouTube or anywhere. It's number of apps is VERY limited. If you come from using android TV, you'll go nuts on the limited selection. Maybe buy a chromecast or Roku to offset the absence of apps. At least it has Youtube. No Kodi, no CinemaNow, no CBS, FOX, CC, UltraFlix. I have an HTPC (or HTLaptop) to play ISO images from my personal cloud and some videos with codecs the tv wont support.
The upscale is great. It works very well upscaling everything you throw at it. Keep in mind that any upscale from low resolution images will ALWAYS result in boxes showing up, no way around it.
The remote is very simple, and works like an Airmouse, which is awsome, however if you are used to remotes with lots of options, you'll have to adapt to the clicks.
The configuration menu is divided in 2. an easy access one in the remote, then a full fledged one at the bottom. Some of the Picture options are under General instead of Picture.
Overall, coming from a Sony TV, I feel that the LG has less options and no Android TV is not good but hey, LG paid premium money for WebOs and it has paid off the way the have applied it. It's somewhat cheaper and it has great options. I haven't tried 4K blu rays. I'm assuming that if the TV has HDR it will accept all the options for the 4K blu rays and it has HDMI 2.0a. I've read on the internet that people have successfully played the blu rays, but in my case I'll wait longer to get one of those player. More competition, the the price will drop.

What speakers will work with my optical digital audio out port?

I have an Epson MovieMate projector that has a digital audio out port. I would like to hook up speakers to this projector to increase the volume. I'll need powered speakers with a digital audio connection cable.
If you buy this type of setup for speaker, you'll need an adapter optical to 3.5mm. Best Buy has an insignia adapter that will work. if you want a system that has a optical in, they'll be extremely hard to find. Maybe the Logitech Z-5500 which have a optical in, but that's a 5.1 surround system. 99.9% of the time 2.1 systems will not have an optical input. (the .1% is assuming there is a company that put the extra effort to include an optical in port, which is almost unrealistic). Optical ports are used to carry the sound in digital format to not lose quality. You can get good use for surround systems. At that point you'll want to get an amplifier and connect 2 speakers instead.

Which speakers can I use with COMPAQ Q2009?

Which speakers can I use with Compaq Q2009 computer? Will speakers interfere with integrated speakers located in my monitor?
Your speakers on the monitor will probably be connecter via 3.5mm cable, so you'll have to choose which ones to plug in. You can buy a splitter if you want the sound on both.

When will the Klipsch promedia 2.1 speaker system go on sale again?

Best Buy has sales every week and sometimes towards the end of the week. They also have Deals of the Day. Though there is no guarantee of the system being a special for one day, check the price every week. There is always great deals. They also price match major competitors.

Would this be an appropriate speaker set-up to use with a turntable and external phono preamp?

You can use the system anywhere. However, if you are a DJ, you know that this system is nowhere near a commercial grade equipment. This is a home system. It was designed as such (for example, the speakers have the cables coming out of them instead of having to be plugged) so you run the risk of making the speaker useless if the cable gets damaged.

Can the Subwoofer be connected to AV Receiver Subwoofer preamp out?

The subwoofer has an amplifier inside. you can connect the satellite to the output of the preamp, which is the one that has the input connection for the sound system. Do not connect the sound system to an amplifier unless is the satellites only (satellites can technically be connected to any amplifier, however is not recommended by the manufacturer, you can void the warranty). Otherwise you'll blow the system since there is already an amplifier is inside. Also, keep in mind that since the connection is analog, you'll be limited to the quality of the cable, amplifier inside and speakers. you can improve the signal with a preamp, but don't expect miracles. A good sound system will be over 1000 dollars where the speakers, amplifier and cables will be a separate purchase for each. Gold connections can improve quality.

Will these speakers work with an Onkyo 6 disc cd player?

As long as the Onkyo has a 3.5mm output, it will, otherwise, you might need to get an adapter. The only input these speakers have is 3.5mm and they don't have a RCA to 3.5mm adapter.

Will these speakers shake my room?

Not really. At 130Watts peak, means around 65Watts RMS, which is a more realistic measurement of power, means that if you have a small room, it can shake things a little more, but it won't be a big deal. However since the low frequencies travel further better, you might be able to hear it outside your room. If you want to shake your room, you might need a sound equipment that has over 100 watts RMS for the subwoofer alone.

Is an HDMI 2.0 cable included with the TV?

There is no cable. It has to be bought separate. There is the TV (duh), the TV stand, 2 pairs of passive 3D glasses, the magic remote and screws.
