I like this headset. It has great noise cancelling and is very comfortable. I sometimes forget that is actually attached to my ear. I find it reliable and easy to use and have recommended it to family and friends.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bad sound when talking.

I use my bluetooth with a motorala 4g. when i talk with friends they say it sound like i'm far away and very hard to hear me and other times all works well. this is my second Plantronics I bought the second for the same reasons I had with the first.Can you help me .Thanks Bob Figuero
When others have told me I was distant, the problem was my mic was canted up away from my mouth. One other time, bluetooth on my phone had shutdown.
