Where is the online help?
I received an e-mail from Best Buy 10 September, a result of my purchase of an HDTV. It contains two links, one for "Home Theater Installatoin" and one for "HD Headquarters". Both links lead to an error page that says "The website declined to show this webpage." I sent a reply to the e-mail, asking for valid links, and have yet to receive a response. Where is the offered help for installatoin and HD programming?
