what do i have to do

we have direst tv.we own it but buy from direct tv. to get programs. will a new hdtv work on this plan. to get the local stations. thank you lois wilkens
If you are currently receiving your local stations through your DirecTV service, purchasing a new HDTV should not change this - your local stations would still be picked up by the DirecTV receiver. Even if you don't, most newer TV's will include built-in digital receivers so that you can watch local, over-the-air broadcasts by simply changing the video input on your TV.

Where is the online help?

I received an e-mail from Best Buy 10 September, a result of my purchase of an HDTV. It contains two links, one for "Home Theater Installatoin" and one for "HD Headquarters". Both links lead to an error page that says "The website declined to show this webpage." I sent a reply to the e-mail, asking for valid links, and have yet to receive a response. Where is the offered help for installatoin and HD programming?
These links were most likely referring you back to the main BestBuy.com website. Under the heading “TV & Video” you should be able to find an option for “TV and Home Theater Installation." That link will direct you to a page with FAQ’s, availability and pricing for the installation services provided by Best Buy. Otherwise, you can reach that page by using the following link:
