This is my 2nd unit. !st broke down on the 2nd day. My current 1 wouldn't go past the spin cycle 45 days after the 1 year warranty expired. Noew I have to pay dearly to repair my expensive high tech lousy washer. Service department is takiong a week since I initiated the 1st call and their customer service team is not consumer friendly. It will take a week to service my unit.
For $ 1299 I am disgusted with the limited time my washer worked properly. Samsung's Service department is the worst out of the major appliance manufacturers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
