The Sound was Horrible. It would go up really high and you had to manually adjust all the time. Then it would go down so far you couldn't hear it. Adjust again. Several times every few minutes. UGH.

No way I could fix it. My fault and just stupid. Bought the same one again. This is the best shredder ever. Powerful. I would call it heavy duty.

The reason I said it was complicated is because prior to this, I was using another program that was much easier with a lot less steps. It also did some things this program does not.
My other program, an older one by Hallmark in conjunction with Microsoft, put out the same quality cards. Maybe if you have never used another program that was more user friendly, you may not notice the amount of steps you need to create a personalized card.
I would not purchase this again.

Mike: Microwave takes a lot of power. Did you check your breaker. If breaker is tripped you may need a dedicated breaker just for the microware and you will need an electrician. Check to see if the install is correct. If that's Ok call Frigidaire. Their number is in your papers that came with the microware. Try this number. 800-944-9044.

How to clear a jam?
If it jammed because you put too many papers in at once turn it off and turn it upside down and try to pull the papers out from the bottom.
I have cleared a jam of papers by putting it in reverse and then quickly back forward a few times. Depending, you can try to put another thicker paper in to force whatever is stuck out. Make sure the basket is not full of shredded paper up to the cutters sometimes that causes things to jam.
I hope this help. Biggest precaution is not to put too many papers in at once.

This particular monitor is not a Touch Screen.
