I bought 6 drives to use to download books through Brail Institute for my mother-in-law who is legally blind. The speed with which the unit transfers data saves a lot of time, and so far they have been very dependable.

My old Samsung BD player used to freeze in the middle of viewing a DVD and so far the Sony has not done this. The WiFi seems to work fine and was easy to set up, although I don't have an immediate need I will in the future. The only negative is minor. The on/off switch and eject switch are hard to distinguish in a dark cabinet compared to the highly visible touch sensitive ones on the old Samsung. Getting used to them.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Answers questions from the original series
What's not so great: Not much, it isn't meant to win an Oscar.
It was fun to watch, answering questions left to the imagination in the original series. None of these are great cinema, but they are very entertaining and exciting.

The SanDisk Extreme Plus is supposed to be a faster line than the SanDisk Ultra Plus, and shows a higher UHS class, yet according to the specs listed here, this card has a lower max write speed compared to the Ultra (60 MB/s vs 80 MB/s). Is this correct?

30 feet from service panel?

A small slip of paper in the package says "DO NOT install if not at least 30 feet from service panel."

What does this mean? 30 feet covers most of a normal house.
This made no sense to me either, unless they think the further away from the panel, the less surge. Mine is installed on the inside wall the other side from the service panel. So far, so good. I had to have a multi outlet there and one with surge protection should be better. Hope I'm correct. 30 feet from the panel and I can't use it.
