I can change the battery?

The time of playback is too short and I think the battery is not working or charging well

you would adjust it via the device and not the speaker

It dosnt use serial and Bluetooth communication protocol should be selected automatically by the device.

How can I change the battery?

The battery does not last as long as advertised. Possibly the battery needs replacing, even though I just bought these speakers...? So if anyone knows how to change the batter I would appreciate hearing from you...

Well that's the issues, its not replaceable...But i bet if you contacted Harmon/Kardon about the problem they would give you a solution odds are they would send you a new one or something like that

I hear that the battery doesn't last long, can I charge this device and use it at the same time?

yes,actually the quality of the sound and overall speaker bumb up twice as much when its plugged in and used
