My 10 year old 720P home theatre projector needed to be replaced and as you know all new projectors only come with HDMI inputs . Since my Home Theatre room is a completely finished room there was no way to pull a HDMI cable from the Audio/Video rack to my projector. I have always had good luck with IO GEAR video solutions in the past so I thought I would give this one a try as I had no other solution . Took it out of the box , hooked it up to the SOURCE , it has a built in HDMI 2 port switch, plugged in the transmitter. then plugged in the reciever into the HDMI Input on the projector , which is about 15 foot away and powered the unit up ..... WOW , they instantly paired and the image is as clear as using a cable . no delay in switching sources and no latency between sound and video .. saved me a boat load of money !!!

This is the 2nd time in 10 years of owning my home theatre that I found myself needing a projector as the one I had was not worth fixing , I did not want to spend a fortune so I spent a lot of time reading reviews and everyone loved the EPSON , so I checked and my local store had one in stock . the picture is so bright and vivid that we could watch a movie without closing our black out curtains. Easy to install and adjust , if you don't want to spend a lot of money but want an absolutely fabulous picture buy this projector , you will not be sorry you did !

After struggling to get good wireless performance on the other side of my home with other name brand routers I finally broke down and bought a good one !! My router is in my office, located on the ground floor at the far side of my home , the wall separating my office and the great room is a floor to ceiling stone fireplace and bookshelf on each side , my 2nd floor bedroom is on the opposite side of my home . With my old routers I cold not watch netflix or Amazon.... or get a reliable connection on my laptop . With this router I can connect anywhere in my home and get reliable FAST wireless speeds verified with SPEEDTEST ...this router was the best money I have spent in a long time

I own Actiontek system now. The biggest headache I experience is frequent tendency for screen to freeze and loose sync with the transmitter. Is the IOGEAR Receiver any more stable and is it easier to keep in sync with the transmitter?

I am having trouble with my set up. I have it shooting a directv signal across a room, about 20-25 feet at most, and it skips out on any channel that's not a local one. All local channels through the directv receiver work fine. Any fixes for this?
Will I think that it has to have something to with the direct tv box , I am using a comcast box and it is working perfectly . I am beaming both 1080 from a blue ray player and 720P or 1080I from my comcast box to wireless kit then to my projector that is 15 foot away
