What's great about it: Waterproof

What's not so great: Muffles ring tones

Very pleased with product overall. Saved my iPhone when our kayak got hung on a root and flipped by the current. Without the waterproof feature,I would have been out the insurance deductrible which was a lot more than the cost of the case.

Return policy

I am interested in trying the Lifeproof case, but I know that some other customers have had problems with audio volume or quality when using this case. What is the return policy on an opened Lifeproof product if I am dissatisfied with the functionality?

The case definitely works! The audio problems that I've had have only been in ringing. I just found a louder ringtone and it works great.
