My wife took it to our local Best Buy and they ridiculed her saying that what she told them it was doing, which was correct, they upset her telling her it wasn't possible, they not helpful at all. I will be returning it and making a purchasing it elsewhere.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This works better than I thought it possibly could. The hot dog and toasted bun are as good as I have had anywhere

Is there a way to adjust the bun toasting settings?
It is regulated by the control knob on the unit
