Designed to fit the 8" Amazon Fire HD tablet perfectly, the case is well constructed and made from a polyester material that has an internal microfibre lining to gently protect the tablet's surface. The cover has a fold that allows you prop up the tablet/case in either portrait or landscape orientations. This is great for when you want to watch a movie or Skype with someone hands-free and don't want to lay the tablet flat on its back. For an additional $10, the same case is available in a leather version.

My initial idea was to replace my Kindle Paperwhite with a 7" Amazon Fire tablet I saw on TV for $50 but when I started comparing Fire tablets on Amazon.com, I decided to pick up the 8" Fire HD tablet at BestBuy. A very impressive tablet that can do most everything an iPad can do for a quarter of the cost. This tablet is geared a bit more towards entertainment with a full HD screen and Dolby sound and the ability to take photos and movies, as well as Skype to friends and family. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tablet.

When the time came for my family to upgrade their phones, almost everyone wanted the new iPhone 6. They all had android phones but were convinced that the best one to get was the iPhone and yes, they are all very happy with their iPhones. As for myself, while I'm an Apple fan, I'm a bit tired of Apple saying their the best when they're actually behind in technology. I compared the Samsung Galaxy S6 to the iPhone 6 and found that Samsung is about two years ahead in technology and features. The S6 has a quad HD screen as compared to Full HD, faster processors, a 16 MP camera as well as a 5 MP front facing camera, and wireless charging. I'm very pleased with the call clarity and how well the phone adapts to different networking configurations. I would highly recommend the Samsung Galaxy S6 to those who want an excellent phone with superior technology.

Purchased this printer for my college-bound daughter. Allows her to print, copy, and scan for a very reasonable price. Although it may not be the best printer out there, it is enough to cover her basic needs.

Purchased this laptop for my daughter who needed a computer for college. Although she originally wanted a MacBook (we use Macs at home), this laptop was a better deal for the money. Touch-Screen, 500 GB hard drive, 8 GB ram, and portability along with an excellent screen for watching movies when she's not writing a paper or doing her schoolwork.

I recently purchased a laptop for my daughter who was about to go off to college. Once we arrived home with the laptop, we urged her to test it out and get acquainted with it. The one thing we didn't notice was that the laptop didn't have a DVD/CD drive (how could we have missed that?). Sometimes you need a DVD drive to load programs and definitely to watch a DVD movie. Did a bit of research and and saw great reviews of this DVD drive. So we went back and picked up this drive. It came with software for burning and backing up your laptop but there was no software to play DVDs. Wish I knew before that I needed to get software to play a DVD (did not come with Windows 8.1!!)

What's great about it: Comfortable, great price, good sound
I was looking to get a set of headphones that would give me great sound but be reasonably priced. A lot of friends were suggesting Beats by Dr. Dre but all I kept seeing was a lot of money going for a brand-name and not for a quality headset. After some searching, I came across the SOL Republic Master Tracks which was a better priced alternative to Beats by Dr. Dre. Sound quality is better along the entire spectrum but if you're looking only for a heavy bass especially for rap or hip hop, these headphones are not the headphones you're looking for. Very comfortable to wear without that "squeezing" feeling you can get from over the ear headphones.

Yes, it does it quite well. The main consideration for SKPE is make sure you have a good wireless connection and that the network can handle the amount of data created by the video feed (G and N wireless networks are best).
