This is a very simple Wi-Fi router.
Plug it in data, Plug it in power, and use the provided login information.
This is not the fastest and doesn't have the highest range but if you need easy wireless access at an affordable price, this is for you.
This is great for a smaller house or apartment.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This works well.
I have a Samsung 10" tablet I use for monitoring and tuning my car. This mount holds tight to the window and holds my tablet tight. Heat of the day and cold of the night as well as excessive acceleration and braking. This mount just preforms.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Is this router compatible with at&t?

This is just a Wi-Fi router.
You need a modem to connect to this router.
The modem would be service or company specific.

Once your modem is installed, you would then connect this router via network cable to your modem.
