What's great about it: Lightweight, USB powered, tiny!
What's not so great: Nothing really...I just wish I had a USB3 device to use with it!
I bought this to back up my main computer for a total reset to factory settings and it worked beautifully. Stored all my data within a few hours (900GB; would have been faster if USB3 had been available but that's my fault) and kept it safe for a reinstall later. THEN I decided to keep it handy for travels and it works beautifully as additional storage for a limited (120GB) hard drive on an older laptop...no compatibility issues at all. I tend not to use included software, but it was no problem to get it out of the way.
This product has... Reliable, Included software is not useful, Fast, Attractive design/portable, Quiet, Large capacity/good size
About me... Budget Conscious, Work with large multimedia files, Need a simple backup solution
I would recommend this to a friend!

Does this come with a warranty?

If not how can I purchase one?
It has a manufacturer's warranty and there is an additional warranty offered at Best Buy if you want.
