What's great about it: Ease of setup
What's not so great: Leveling is difficult; arm swings easily, sometimes off balance
Setup is straightforward if you have the right tools (drill, drill bit, bolt wrench bit). Instructions are clear. Make sure you get it level so that the arm doesn't swing when you don't want it to. It has very good range of motion, but the arm swing a little too easily IMO, and sometimes it will swing towards the wall.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Does this mount have the ability to connect sound bars?

I don't believe so. Just the TV.
