The only aspect I like about these headphones are the fact that they are Bluetooth. Other than that, I frequently find myself shoving the earbuds into my ear. I changed the size of the earbuds too, and it didn't seem to help. Also, it doesn't stay charged for very long. I work out for over 2 hours some days and it'll be dying at 1.5 hours.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does this include the charging case?

Plantronics sells a charging case for this headphone. The picture shows the headphones in the case, but it is not listed in 'What's included."
This one doesn't have the charging case and I would definitely recommend the charging case. Mine does after using it for less than 2 hours.

how do you synk the phone to to earphones

hoe do I get the headphones in sync mode?
You turn your Bluetooth on on your phone and then turn the headphones on. Normally your phone will show the headphones and you click on them.

Do they stay in ear, are they compatible with Galaxy Note 3?

I need a new pair of headphones to work out in, and i want to try wireless. Dont want to pay $200 for beats wireless, and i found that my headphones always fall out of my ear. Also, just want to know if it is compatible with my Note 3 android.
They don't stay in your ears very well and they also don't cancel out the sound around you very well.
