To be fair, the delivery gentlemen were very good. However, the way bb handled the situation was horrible.
My fridge arrived damaged. They asked me if I'll accept it as is, and be refunded $100 off the price. I couldn't accept because the damage was too severe to the important parts. When I called they wouldn't let me set up a new appointment. I finally had to do it online. The new date was a little more than a week later. So maybe it took all of two weeks to get the fridge... and they valued my time lost at $25. Incredible.
