I love the minimalistic yet classic design of the round watch. After the update I managed about 30% battery by the end of a 16 hour day. The UI is clean and simple and easier to use than a non-Android wear device.

Does the battery actually last a full day?
And is a full day 24 hours?
There is an update for the system that increases battery life released in August-September. I can go through a ~15 hour day and still have ~30% battery. It all depends how much you use it.

It uses a paired phone and displays the content on the screen. The app is called WIB (wear internet browser). You can type but its tough because you have to slide to each individual letter. It uses bookmarks from your chrome browser as shortcuts to make it easier. I only suggest using it if it is too inconvenient to pull out your phone.

How long is the watch band in inches or mm? Will it fit someone with a large wrist?
Width 22mm Length appx. 7in
It should fit most large wrists. If it doesn't then you can buy a standard 22mm strap and use it in place of the one included.
