My subwoofer only has a R and L plug in, where do I plug the purple cord into?

On any of them but you should buy the rca converter. It makes the R and L. Into one. Ask them at the store.

Can I use 2?

Meaning can I run two wireless subs in my living room? I have one currently and want to add another Klipsch sub but not sure if two can work? My receiver has two sub outs.

Intermitent outage

I am a Best Buy manager and have a customer with this kit. He complains that while watching a movie the red light will come on showing no connection and he does not get the base sounds. Once he turns it off and back on then it will work again for a while before losing connection again. Some one has told him the light is only green when base is being transmitted and it is working fine. Can you verify this for me either way?
That just means that for that moment of the movie or tv show you watching dont produce a strong bass signal for that moment. But once it does the blue light will come back up and it will start working again. Also you can raise your volume just a notch and the signal will be delivered. It happens to me also.
