What's great about it: Easiest setup
What's not so great: Plastic ear bud replacement - not easy to find
Clear reception, Easy setup. I lost my first Marque 2 and I really liked the product, I replaced with identical item. The setup instructions are flawless. The clarity is fantastic. I have recommended this product to others.

how can I purchase additonal silicone ear tips?

Good question! Phone comes with three gel ear tips, but of coarse only one fits right. I hope someone from Marque will see this and make replacements more available.

Is it normal for a BT device to lose connection when I store my phone in my pocket?

I recently purchased the Plantronics Marque 2 Bluetooth device and have had issues with the connection being lost when my phone is not in direct line of sight with the device or when I store the phone in my pocket. Is this normal of these types of devices?
The only time I loose reception is when I leave phone on desk and walk about 100 ft or more away from phone. Don't leave phone so far away...
