This computer more than adequately replaced a work ThinkPad that got water damaged. I'll likely upgrade the HDD to an SSD soon but that's just to eek out a little more speed.

Nice upgrade. I like the interface better than the older Panasonic device I had. Not really digging the new Netflix app but it's not terrible. No eject button on the remote.

I didn't realize that three was not a VGA port on this monitor. Luckily the video card on the machine had HDMI.

The ubiquitous software suite w/o Outlook. No problem once installed....
Due to mixup the store did not activate license after purchase. BestBuy graciously exchanged and Geek Squad performed the installation remotely.

This was a good replacement for a failed HD in a Dell Inspiron laptop. Opening the laptop was complex but replacing the HD was a simple swap.

Nice microwave. Personally, I'm partial to a light interior (beige or white) while this has a darker (slate blue?) interior. This was a replacement for a broken 900W unit. It is faster as expected. The old one had a 1-minute Express button but this one has a similar button at 30-sec intervals. No major issues so far; mostly just getting reacquainted to the new layout and features.

This is the best. I work in a low light area and I am hardly a touch typist. The lighted keyboard is perfect for that situation. Plus I wanted wireless since I am rarely in a regular position at the desktop- I'm forever spinning or rearing in the chair.

The experience with purchasing from Best Buy was great. It did take longer to have it delivered to the store and I was unable to reroute delivery to the house which was inconvenient but not terrible.
The headset itself had good battery life and excellent sound and apparently good voice pickup. It did have to be warranty-replaced. At random times and without warning, the speaker would turn off. People could hear me talking but I did not hear them. There was no way to know that it had happened except by changing the connection and finding that the conversation was still going on.
Warranty-replacement was straight-forward and the replacement device still exhibits this behavior but much much less and apparently when the battery gets low. The battery life on the replacement doesn't seem as good- I have to charge it more often.
I would recommend this to a friend!
